Girl House is the house belonging to an X-rated live cam girl website. The beautiful Kylie Atkins, needing money, is the latest to arrive. As can be expected, there is a lot of drama.
But things will go very badly when one of the site’s regulars, a troubled loner known as “Loverboy”, feels mocked by the girls thus cracking his highly-delicate psyche. This leads him on the path of a bloody massacre. Loverboy decides to wear a rubber mask and use all of his computer and technological knowledge to invade the Girl House to carry out a killing spree. One of the film’s real strengths is the portrait of the killer Slaine, aka Loverboy.
He is a big, intimidating man who wears a frightening mask, and his attacks are aggressive and violent.
In a role without much spoken dialogue, Slaine is able to communicate all of the painful emotion bottled up inside of this character, making him seem likeable at certain times. There are a few special effects in the destruction scenes that add flavour to the film through the end.
