A Porn Star Bitten By a Shark? FAKE NEWS
mercredi, mai 24th, 2017A few days ago, pornstar Molly Cavalli made everyone believe that a shark had bitten her.
The alleged incident occurred last month on board a boat off the coast of Florida. Out in the ocean, model Molly Cavalli got into a shark cage with widely spaced bars and multiple cameras filmed the scene. Suddenly, she begins to panic and the water becomes clouded with blood. When she was pulled back onto the boat, Cavalli was holding her foot and said that the shark had managed to bite her. We can see what appears to be a wound on her ankle.
But the entire scene seems suspect, as actual footage of the alleged shark bite wasn’t caught on film, even though there were many cameras present at various angles.
The Palm Beach Post interviewed shark experts who questioned the credibility of the alleged incident and Cavalli’s supposed foot injury.
Furthermore, Florida Shark Diving owner Bryce Rohrer, said during a news report that the model herself had contacted him a few months ago to help her organize a fake shark attack in order to create a viral video. “We immediately refused”, he told the Palm Beach Post. “We are pro-shark and pro-wildlife, and we want to show the importance of sharks, not make them look like the bad guys.” Rohrer even provided a copy of a text message that he had sent.
At the same time, the Swedish Performers Actors Guild, a union for adult performers, issued a statement calling it a “dangerous publicity stunt”.
The company behind the clip often stages fake events to get people talking about it. For example, you may recall the fake flight attendant who stripped in front of a streaming cam on an airplane. And their future projects, which will likely never see the light of day, are designed to generate media coverage.
